Promenades Musicales

The Association Promenades Musicales was founded by volunteers with the aim of organising musical events, mainly in connection with the Musique d'un Siècle Association. The Association brings together music lovers of Haute-Savoie (Bonne, France) and keeps its members updated on musical events.

Promenades Musicales - saison 2016

The Festival aims to spread appreciation for classical, instrumental, and international music in people who live far from the culture of big cities by organising concerts in the area and inviting prominent artists.

In the spirit of the Festival, which seeks to make music accessible to the widest general audience possible regardless of social background, entrance to the concerts is free to all.

This year the programme featured musique savante and Neapolitan folk music. The singer Lucilla Galeazzi created a varied programme ranging from the Renaissance to the present day, highlighting the music of Naples.

The Aim

To encourage the inhabitants of the remote villages of the Bonne area in France to listen to and discover music from various cultures and styles.
